First Confession and First Communion meeting at the Elgin Roman Catholic Family of Parishes.

Parents/Guardians of students in Grade 2,

Traditionally, the parish churches offer the opportunity for First Confession and First Holy Communion to children in grade 2. The reception of these Sacraments is an important step in your child’s spiritual journey, and we are happy to be a part of such a beautiful time in their lives.

In preparation for these events, we invite all parents and guardians to attend an information meeting with Fr. John Johnson. The meeting will focus on providing information regarding Preparation Classes and Mass scheduling, as well as answering any questions you may have regarding the reception of these Sacraments.

Any interested parent/guardian is invited to attend. Registration is not required.

You are welcome to attend any one of the following meetings:

January 17th, 2023 St. Anne’s Center, St. Thomas 6:30 pm

January 24th, 2023 St. Mary’s Hall, West Lorne 6:30 pm

January 31st, 2023 Our Lady of Sorrows Parish Hall, Aylmer 6:30 pm
